My clinical interest in mood and personality disorders began at the psychiatric department of University Malaya Medical Center. I now offer consultations and long-term psychotherapy for individuals exploring how the unconscious shapes self-perception and relationships.

I listen beyond symptoms, attending to the unspoken and the patient's subjective expressions to clarify unconscious desires and conflicts. My patients come from diverse backgrounds, and our work is grounded in the belief that the intersectionality of their identities shapes their unique emotional and relational struggles, including chronic depression and anxiety, burnout, guilt tied to social roles, identity instability, and relational trauma. The process supports not just symptom relief, but reflective practice and self-authorization toward a meaningful life.
